Cosy countryside cottage - Rosemary

The double sofa bed in the living room/kitchen pulls out, and doesn't leave much space to get around. We use natural bedding and cushions, and are unable to provide alternatives - you are welcome to bring your own if required. The outside areas are shared with our family and other guests, there are lots of spaces you can use, but depending on the season and weather conditions some may not be available - please ask if you would like to make use of anything and we will always do our best to accommodate. We are a working smallholding and busy family home, we try very hard to keep everything looking at it's best, but ask for your patience if we fall short - just let us know and we will make every effort to fix it for you. We welcome well behaved dogs that are not allowed onto furniture. If your dog leaves excess hair you can use our vacuum cleaner. We have chickens, cats and children as well as other dogs belonging to friends and guests so it is important that your dog can cope with this. Dogs must be kept on lead in the garden and field areas. The bridge crossing to the hot tub and field has no railings and a steep drop into water, great care should taken when crossing and children should be carefully supervised. The field should be considered a working farm area; working tractors and livestock maybe present - it is essential that all animals and children are closely supervised. Our wood-fired hot tub is available to book for just £30 an hour for private sessions with full cleans in between.
