About

A wonderful countryside getaway set in a beautiful English country garden. This self-contained annex has everything a couple could need, a modern but a cosy studio with it's own en-suite shower room. We love hosting guests from around the world and can't wait to welcome you too.

Good to know

The cabin is light and airy with a modern feel inside, it has it's own decking and garden area with outside seating. You'll find everything you need for light self catering (microwave and mini-oven but no hob). Brand new luxury feather and down duvets and pillows for this winter for lovely cosy nights.

Other Details to Note

We use natural bedding and cushions, and are unable to provide alternatives - you are welcome to bring your own if required. The outside areas are shared with our family and other guests, there are lots of spaces you can use, but depending on the season and weather conditions some may not be available - please ask if you would like to make use of anything and we will always do our best to accommodate. We are a working smallholding and busy family home, we try very hard to keep everything looking at it's best, but ask for your patience if we fall short - just let us know and we will make every effort to fix it for you. We welcome well behaved dogs that are not allowed onto furniture. If your dog leaves excess hair you can use our vacuum cleaner. We have chickens, cats and children as well as other dogs belonging to friends and guests so it is important that your dog can cope with this. Dogs must be kept on lead in the garden and field areas. The bridge crossing to the hot tub and field has no railings and a steep drop into water, great care should taken when crossing and children should be carefully supervised. The field should be considered a working farm area; working tractors and livestock maybe present - it is essential that all animals and children are closely supervised. Our wood-fired hot tub is available to book for just £30 an hour for private sessions with full cleans in between.

The price was amazing for the standard of accommodation. Really good value and the cottage was warm on arrival and very comfortable. It suited our needs perfectly. There was nothing that I didn't like

We recently stayed at Cobweb Cottages in Wymondham, Norfolk, and it was simply perfect. The cottage itself was immaculate, warm, and incredibly welcoming—clearly cared for with real attention and pride. It offered plenty of space, a fully fitted kitchen, and lots of thoughtful little touches that made it feel like a true home-from-home. It created the ideal environment for us and our three little pooches, who were just as comfortable as we were. The gardens are a real highlight—beautifully laid out, generous in size, and full of charm. There are lovely details throughout, including vegetables, berries, and several areas thoughtfully designed for both adults and children. Wandering through the garden feels peaceful and joyful. At the end of the garden, an opening leads into a large open field, which was an absolute delight. Here you’ll find a wood-log-fired hot tub, seating, and a charming changing room styled like a traditional shepherd’s hut—an exceptional and memorable touch that really elevates the whole experience. Our host, Jo, was wonderful. He greeted us on arrival and immediately made us feel welcome, relaxed, and at ease. That personal warmth and care really sets Cobweb Cottages apart. If we had to suggest one small improvement, it would be a low picket fence around the area we stayed in, just to keep dogs close and prevent them from wandering off toward other guests. That said, this is a very minor point in what was otherwise an outstanding stay. All in all, Cobweb Cottages is a true haven—peaceful, beautifully kept, and thoughtfully designed. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you, Jo, for creating such a special place. Absolutely nothing

Easy access and parking. Excellent guide book and instructions to use everything. It was great for a night staying away for work, where you want to have your own peace and quiet and to make your own food. N/a

We recently stayed here for a night on our way home. The whole experience was amazing, the cottage was lovely, well equipped and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and I actually slept really well, the best nights sleep in ages. Joe was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding garden was amazing and it was so nice to be there. All in a great place and we will certainly visit again. Thanks for having us.

Joe and Rebekah were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome. Their son, Ezra, was also a fantastic host and played so nicely with our kids, really involving them! The room was well-equipped, clean, and really cosy. The views outside were breathtaking, and we will definitely re-visit.
